Cuma Pantshwa
With over 13 years’ experience in producing and broadcasting creating youth content, Cuma’s career was kick-started in one of South Africa’s iconic production companies, Urban Brew Productions in 2001, producing shows such as Yo.TV’s Blue Couch and South Africa’s first live interactive show, Wildroom. As a businessperson, she believes in serving her clients and positively changing lives of youth across South Africa.

Theo Baloyi is an accountant by profession, having worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years (2 years in South Africa & 3 years in the Middle East, Dubai & Saudi Arabia respectively). Theo worked in Asset management , Strategy & Financial management during the time spent at PwC. In April 2015, with savings accumulated over the 5 year period spent at PwC, Theo Baloyi launched Bathu Shoes from a tiny room in Alexandra township, with the primary objective to tell an untold, proudly South African story/narrative to the world through selling uniquely designed shoes.

Vere Shaba
Vere Shaba is a multi-award-winning green building consultant who has worked for multinational engineering consulting firms including WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, AECOM and Greendesign Africa.
As a green building influencer across the continent, she has won multiple international and national awards, including being featured on the cover of Forbes magazine in June 2018 and speaking at both the Forbes Africa and Forbes Europe summits on how the built environment can address climate change.
